Cláudia Hilsdorf Rocha is professor at the Applied Linguistics Department at the State University of Campinas, Brazil. She holds a CNPq Research Productivity Scholarship and her main interests involves Critical Language Education, Technologies Translanguaging, Decoloniality, and Sustainability. She is a guest researcher at the University of Teacher Education Lucerne from August to December, 2026. Her research is funded by the SNSF, and approaches sustainability-oriented language education from a transnational and decolonial perspective. 

Ruberval Franco Maciel is full Professor of Applied Linguistic at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. His research interests include new literacies, translanguaging, transculturalism, health literacy, critical multiliteracies and teacher education.

Kristin Vold Lexander, professor at the University of Inland Norway, visited the Pädagogische Hochschule Luzern from 31 March to 2 April  2025 as a guest researcher, funded by Movetia. The aim was to exchanges ideas with the Horizon Europe project MultiLX – Strategies to strengthen European Linguistic Capital in a Globalised World. Lexander gave a workshop on mediagram methodology which is applied in the project.
