Beschreibung

Inclusive education allows learners from different backgrounds to study and learn together. The impact of the digital transformation on schools and education is also changing inclusive education. Digital media and technologies over new ways of combining individual and shared learning opportunities, breaking down barriers and promoting equal opportunities. However, inclusion and digitality are often considered separately in school practice. The proposed project aims to bring these two strands together and to further develop their links. Multi-professional collaboration between teachers and specialists in their teaching activities is considered to be an essential prerequisite for this, but current empirical findings show that this prerequisite is still underutilised for inclusive teaching in connection with digitality. The aim of the project is therefore to productively combine the interaction of digital inclusive teaching with the multi-professional collaboration of the teachers involved in a theory-based and data-supported way. Based on the Design-Based Research (DBR) approach, six multi-professional teams of teachers are developing digitally inclusive learning environments for selected topics in the subjects of mathematics and German in the 1st and 2nd cycles. The teaching teams participate in in-service training and are supported by a mentor. Data will be collected and analysed through qualitative accompanying research (guided group interviews, self-reflection, criteria-based classroom observations). These findings and the jointly developed learning environments, including digitalised learning materials, will be documented and used for further development. The resulting products of the project can be combined, scaled and implemented in other schools, depending on the context of application.
